Essex Crossing is a vibrant celebration of everything the area has to offer. Drawing on the Lower East Side’s unique culture, the development is home to a diverse selection of retailers, living spaces and entrepreneurial start-ups.
This megaproject is part of the existing area know as the Seward Park Urban Renewal Area and is connected by new park and bike paths, access to lush green spaces and a world-class marketplace tucked away below ground.
The interiors are a real talking point. We used Duravit for the toilets, while Dornbracht faucets can be found in the Market Rate Units and custom AF | Davinci faucets were selected for other HDP areas of the development.
